Clark's Trail is a great hike that's close to civilization. It climbs from lower Corner Canyon to Traverse Ridge in Draper. As an out-and-back, it's 3.2 miles (1.6 miles each way) with 750 vertical feet of climbing. I decided to do this short hike again on Saturday morning. A friend had shown me the hike a couple of weeks ago . I tried to find the trail head on Friday ,eventually found it,started out on a hike but went the wrong way and decided to rather come back on Saturday morning and start out a little earlier.
The weather was really nice and after once again going the wrong way I retraced my steps after a few minutes, found the right way and got to the top in 42 minutes and 14 secs including my mistaken short hike.I'm not sure if I was silly or not but I ran 90% of the way down and am paying for it today with sore thighs.
I should take the camera with me because one has some really nice views of the valley on the way.
