On Saturday morning the 30th May we drove on to Dundee stopping at Gateway to look at a kilt factory. Bought a kilt for $29 for the grandchildren to share. The Miller family kilt is a McFarlane tartan but they didn't have any little kilts in that tartan so we ended up buying a Wallace tartan. We had booked in at the Longforgan Coaching Inn and I had made arrangements to meet and old school friend Beryl ( Buchanan) who I had not seen since the last day of school in December 1968. It was lovely seeing Beryl again, she is a special person and a dear friend.

On the climb up to the castle we passed these little apartments or flats .I had to take this picture as it reminded me of a jig-saw puzzle type of scene. Mmm I wonder if one can get puzzles made from favorite pictures.
