Richard , Genevieve and I went for a hike up to Secret Lake ( Can also be spelt Cecret)on Friday morning. We passed Snowbird and Alta ski-resorts on the drive up. A pity we didn't time it when the flowers are out but nevertheless it was very pretty. We were a huffing and a puffing up the mountain but we were at 10,000' so that explains some of the huffing and puffing . I wouldn't say it was a stroll ,actually we think we may have approaced it from a different longer route. Anyway it was a pleasant hike certainly reminded us once again of how unfit we are.
